Reservations and RSVP
Montelago Village Resort
The "Montelago Village Resort" at "Lake Las Vegas" is located east of the Las Vegas Strip (just 17 miles away).
The resort amenities include first class hotels, pampering spas, a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, a full service marina with watercraft rentals and yacht cruises, and the MonteLago Village which offers plenty of shopping and dining centered around the 320-acre private lake.
Hotel Reservations
Because New Years in Las Vegas is a popular time of the year, hotel rates are usually higher for that holiday and rooms accomodations are hard to come by. We have been working with the "Montelago Village Resort" to get a group rate for our party and to block out rooms for us. The following is what they have offered us:
- Studio Rooms (Typical room with bed(s)) - $112
- One Bedroom (Room with 1 separate bedroom) - $145
- Two Bedrooms (Room with 2 separate bedrooms) are also available for larger families.
- All rooms are large luxury condominium sized rooms (and can fit 1 or 2 families) with living and dining room space and a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances.
- Additional tax may also be included per night.
As an option: If you would like to stay at another hotel and not at the Lake Las Vegas resort, the "Fiesta Hotel and Casino in Henderson" is closeby (5 minute drive away). You can stay there and still join us for the party. If interested, please let us know and we will get you information on rates. (Note: Las Vegas Strip hotels will be more expensive and the Strip will be closed to in and out traffic that night.)
