Kiana's High School Graduation

The Day Has Finally Come!
After months of planning and preparation, Kiana's big day has finally come as she graduates with rest of the Class of 2013 from Liberty High School this coming Tuesday, June 11th at 6PM at the Orleans Arena. Immediately after, a reception party for her will be held inside the Orleans Hotel and Casino (In the Dauphine Room - Salon A, up the escalators by the Orleans Showroom to the Convention and Meeting Rooms on the 2nd Floor) with all her family and friends.

Vegas Vacation/Staycation
For those who reserved rooms and are coming early to enjoy a short Vegas Vacation until the graduation, the following is our schedule of events.

Sunday 6/9
3PM - Check in at Orleans Hotel. Vegas Vacation/Staycation Begins!
4PM - Let's hit the pool!
7PM - Dinner (TBD)

Monday 6/10
Pool Time, Bowling, and Movies at the Orleans. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Midnight Snack (TBD)

Tuesday 6/11
12PM - 3PM - Late Lunch at the French Market Buffet
6PM - Kiana's Graduation at the Orleans Arena
7PM - 11PM - Kiana's Graduation Reception
(2nd Floor Convention Rooms - Dauphine Room - Salon A)
12PM - Midnight Steak and Eggs (For those who are hungry)

Wednesday 6/12
9AM - Check out of Orleans Hotel
10AM - Worship Service at Las Vegas Locale
12PM - Lunch and hang out at Casa de Poblete

Don't Bother Packing a Jacket!
Unless the A/C is too cold, don't bother packing a jacket. The Las Vegas Summer Heat is already here and expect temperatures to be over 100 degrees. Shorts, t-shirts, summer dresses, sandals, and flip flops will be the appropriate attire during your stay. But don't let the high temperatures scare you. If you don't plan to hang out at the pool, the Orleans Hotel has plenty of ammenities, restaurants, and entertainment for you to enjoy so you don't have to leave the hotel or drive around in the heat.

Graduation and Reception
We are still waiting to see how many actual tickets we are able to receive and will let you know if we are able to accomodate everyone at the arena. We've been told that most people will be able to enter without a ticket once the ceremony starts depending on space. If by chance not everyone will be able to attend, the banquet hall that is reserved for Kiana's Reception will be available.

Also note, we suggest joining us for the buffet lunch prior to the graduation ceremony because only hors d'oeuvres and light refreshments will be provided at the reception party. Reception attire is semi-casual. Dress comfortable but nice because there will be plenty of picture taking!
